Early in his career, Craig Castle founded and ran a computer network engineering firm. He then spent a decade in commercial banking, where he built his expertise in asset based lending, commercial mortgages, and equipment finance, before moving into insurance as a Senior Trade Credit Insurance Manager at a global French carrier, originating and managing trade credit insurance policies that protected clients against losses on unpaid receivables. It was there he earned his insurance broker license, which he later put to use running his own business advisory firm, helping clients with complex property and casualty coverage and the structuring of commercial credit facilities with their banks. For the past nine years, he has been contracted to oversee the daily operations of a commercial solar development firm.

He later advised clients on risk across their full operations, from property and liability exposure to the credit facilities securing their business.

For the past nine years, Craig has overseen daily operations for a commercial solar development firm, with authority spanning P&L performance, risk management, hiring, and logistics. He helped scale the firm from residential installations into a regionally recognized commercial solar developer with operations across New York, New Jersey, and Massachusetts.
